    Ok so, I have purchaced ( traded in my R1 for an R2 ). a R2 M11x. (Dell Outlet M11xR2 i5 4gig 250hdd.)

Hoping I can simply request what exact drivers / updates I need. NBR professional opinion for working out the bugs in short.

Trying to save myself the time of digging through pages and pages of NBR forums/threads : )

    Optimus bugs
    Graphics
    Bios
tweaking a list to add game titles for optimus?

    Ect.

Please post the link of your answeres....

    Thanks for the input :)

How did you "trade it in" ? Did you just sell your R1 on craigslist or something and buy an R2?

Sorry I agree with Iris. I know folks want quick answers but there is no substitute for a little keyboard grease... and who knows.. they may learn a little something along the way.

Yah no worries. I had a fun time today with dell anyway on the phone. I'm going to get a total refund.
Thanks for not replying :) wouldn't want to waste Iris's time.

After all .. I was being smart and hopeing to get some quick reply on some that did trouble shoot issues to say .. here is the link to this resolution you will encounter on this issue with your R2.

It would just be answeres I would Give upon viewing threads and knowing i could put my 2 cents to help ;)

    It's all good never mind.

Trade in - there was a bad issue with a screen.. I simply refunded to bestbuy and bought from dell outlet.

    Take care :)

I know I made the right decision now :)

I have to agree with ScreenSaver here... I feel your pain.

Being a relatively new member to the site here, and a new owner of the m11x... it is ridiculously frustrating digging through thread after thread after thread. Finding new drivers on the threads, but then wondering if those are even the most recent.

I've spent way too much time reading old threads and old posts to find my drivers and information about bugs and quick fixes to known issues

If Iris didn't want to supply the information, he just shouldn't have posted. No need to bring the hate. This is generally a friendly community, I'm kind of surprised by his comment.

I really think there needs to be a sticky created with all of the latest beta/release drivers, and all of the known bugs/fixes for both the R1 and the R2. It will save the newest members of the community hours of old posts.

A basic job everyone else has done/will do for future problems. IMO, its frustrating see the amount of duplicate threads here all with the same answers and surprisingly from the same people.

+rep for "Suck it corwinicre". That made me LQTMS ;)

That and undertaking the task of compiling those threads. I agree, the massive amount of duplicate questions and threads often makes keeping up with the forum a bit of a beating. It's gotten to the point where I simply mark the forum as read after scanning through all of the chaff.
