I purchased a new M11x last week and from the beginning had a few driver and Windows issues. After 3 hours with Dell Tech Support, they told me to reinstall Windows with the CD. What they DIDN'T tell me was that this wasn't a repair but a new install.

All preloaded software has been removed and I am unable to do a system restore from the factory image. The D drive is still there and in the D:/Dell/image directory there is the factory.wim file.

How do I restore the computer using this file?

    Thanks for your help.
