    New driver install and now GPU downclocks on battery?

    I have under advanced settings to have Maximum performance on GPU but my GPU keeps throttling down when im on battery power. I can see the fps drop on 3dmark06 from 60fps to 38 fps and it stays there. This happened when i installed the .69 drivers but once I reinstalled my old drivers .21 where i didnt have this issue the problem persists.
