With so many horrible stories about dell messing up peoples computers I figured I would post my good story.
My m11x randomly would shut off if moved, then eventually the mobo failed all together.
So, I rang up dell, spent about 30 minutes on the phone with them and they sent me a box. Box showed the next morning. I shipped it back that same day. 2 days after they got the computer I had it back in my hands! Everything works back as it should.
I got phone calls from dell every step of the way, telling me whats going on. Every day I checked dells depot repair status site for updates.
Condition I got the computer back in?
Just as I sent it, no scratches, no scuff, perfect!
So, for those of you who only hear horror stories, here is a good one to put your mind at ease.
