I've been using the M11X R2 for almost a month now, just a few days ago, my battery wear according to HWmonitor is 4%. Now it's showing 53% .

Even battery bar is showing a massive decline, it's battery wear thing went from 63,410 to 43,600.

Should I call dell about this?

I got 53% wear last week and now its back to 2%. I say it's normal.

edit: this happened twice so far. I'm not too concerned about it.

What does BatteryBar specifically say. Is the 63.4K and 43.6K your capacity of wear or the amount of wear its already reporting? There should be a percentage of wear that BatteryBar would be reporting if you have had the bar since you first recieved your laptop. When was your last full discharge/recharge cycle? have you previously let the battery fully discharge?

The capacity according to BB when I first got it was around 69k, now it's reporting 67k. The battery wear is 0.0% still but it got reduced from around 64k to its current state of 43.6k. Not to mention my Full lifetime estimate from BB went from 5hrs+ to 4:26 hrs.

I discharged it to around 6% a few days ago, never got it to hit 0%.
