I was reformatting it and left it on installing Win7 whole I went out for dinner.

When I came back, it was off. I press the power button nothing. The alienhead's light isnt on.

I check the battery status on the back. It's full.

I tried turning it on with and without the power supply. Nothing works.

It recently got its hinge fixed.

I'm suspecting when they took it apart, some debris got into the mobo or something and shorted it?

Anyone got any advice on what I should do?

Have you tried a power drain? (Unplug the battery and AC adapter, press and hold the power button for 30-45 seconds then reconnect and try to turn on)

Any lights or fans starting up? Or just plain dead?

Nothing. Completely lifeless. The battery's full too.

Tried to turn it on both with and without AC plugged in. Dead.
