    humm since MW3 uses the same engine as MW2
    i guess R1 and R2 will run on high settings just fine
    any opinions?

    You've answered your own question. The game features an ancient graphics engine that's already been proven and tested on older iterations of the M11x.

    ... Unless IW pulls a Treyarch and ruins the coding. Black Ops ran terribly. I hope that doesn't happen, but IW's a completely different company without West and Zampella, so I'm a bit worried now.

    I think it could run as well as maxed or as badly as low.

    Yeah it all depends on how well they port the game from console.

    Depends on how well optimised it is. Black Ops ran like a stuttering mess on my R1 while MW2 ran on high settings with an average of 30-50FPS.
