I just got an Orochi to go along with my sweet little M11r3. I obviously have not read any of the threads previously posted by people having bluetooth connectivity problems. My mouse works wonderfully with my Sager NP7280, paired right up on the first attempt and connects without flaw when switched off and back on. After several pairing attempts, I have yet to get it to work my M11....it seems to "connect" but when you go into the properties of the mouse and look at "services" there are none, when there should be some about HID. It looks as though the problem lies within the M11......or drivers, any idea where to get the bluetooth drivers for this thing, I have looked and re-installed every driver on Dells website to no avail.

I solved the problem, or rather (and I really hate admitting this) a third party software solution solved it. I will not name it, but one of those programs that updates drivers did the trick. It noticed my bluetooth driver was out of date (and it was the only driver out of date too) and updated it. And I paid 29 bucks for it too.....but at least the mouse works now!!!! I still have no frickin idea what kinda of bluetooth radio is in this thing or why Win7 was not able to update the driver itself (and I did go into device manager and try to make it update it). Anyways, my rant is over and problem has been solved.

Details on the updated bluetooth driver please?

Why are you keeping secrets?
Also, were you using the same adapter on both notebooks (USB adapter)? The Orochi has a problem with that. You would need to pair it with something else with a different adapter before pairing it with the new notebook with the original adapter. -
Well, that's the problem. The third party software that updates drivers did all the work and I still do not know what kind of bluetooth radio is an M11xR3 or what driver version it used. I could tell you what software I downloaded to update it, but I am sure any of them out there would work (like Driverbooster, DriverUpdater, Device Magician, etc...).
It really does pain me that I had to resort to a third party solution....
As for bluetooth adapters......I have been using the internal bluetooth radios in the laptops. No adapters or dongles here. -
I also found mine very difficult to pair... Somehow after installing both the Orochi driver and the firmware update from the razer website, when you pair it after that it works , well at least that's how I have got it to work the last 5 times i re installed windows on my old R2/new r3. Good luck with your pairing problems.

Was it Bluesoleil?

My Orochi installed rather easily on my M11xR1, and what a thing of beauty it is, I used it daily without a hitch.
No idea why so secretive about a third party software that helped solve a bluetooth problem... -
By withholding the solution, the OP is just going to contribute to problem. -
I already asked why he was keeping secrets and he already answered. In a nutshell, he doesn't know because he used one of several automated utilities. I ordered a DW375 internal module for my r3 and I own a Razer Orochi, so I'll let you guys know what I find out if there really is a problem.
M11xR3 + Orochi = fail?
