Ok folks - since the 11xR2 landed we have been overrun with threads pertaining to individual games on the R2. Typically these threads tend to ask for settings, config, etc.

We are going to centralize this a bit and begin using a dedicated thread for these config/game related issues - I don't like doing this however the 11x forum is being dominated with these game threads. Not cool for everyone else.

What is the opitmal settings for the metro 2033 on M11x R2?
specs on my sig. On the side note, my M1730 struggles playing it 19xx by 12xx resolution as well. Very sad to see my systems struggle on recent games.

Anyways, the fps flucuates too much for me and was wondering what settings is the best!

    Thanks.

I currently own an R1 and after optimizing the heck out of my R1 the only game that seems to give me trouble is Global Agenda. During matches im in the 17-28 fps range.

What i was wondering is if anyone with an R2 that plays Global Agenda can tell me if they have a much better experience with the game due to the i7.

Just to add this is the ONLY UE3 game that gives me trouble on my R1. Thanks for any insight anyone can provide!

Thanks for the quick reply! The game must not be optimized all that well then. I can run UT3, Transformers, Borderlands just fine.

As for GA, i can play solo PVE just fine with frames about at 30 its just pvp that performs horribly and dips pretty low sometimes on my R1

native res + its on "LOW". It is also in Dx9, i will try it in Dx10 later; i dont have time for that so u can gimme couple of days or sumone can do it for me or u can do it.

playing at those settings still gives me the great graphics + gameplay.
