Not sure if anyone will be interested but... :p

I ordered mine a while back with no bluetooth since it was relatively expensive and no WWAN since no option for it in here in UK. Having to use external USB bluetooth has been annoying me so I bought a Dell 370 for 8.99 on ebay and it works! (Using the vacant mini PCIe slot)

Was a pain to get it to install since it didn't show up in Device Manager and I also had to ninja the auxiliary antenna from the WiFi card. Antennas can be had on ebay for like 1.85 so I may add another at some point if the wifi struggles with just one.

How hard was it to install the bluetooth module because i'm thinking of adding one on my R3 that I ordered without bluetooth.

Well physically installing it was a 2 minute job, just pop off the back and plug it in to the mini PCIe slot where the WWAN would have been. Also unclipped the auxiliary antenna from wifi module and clipped it back on the bluetooth. 2 sec job that.

Dell driver software gave me an error about not being compatible with my system but after faffing around for like 2 hours I found that the widcomm installer that the dell program left behind was able to install the driver and enable the device.

You can also put in the Bluetooth module that would come with the m11x (might be the dell 365) but it looked like I would have to take the whole thing apart to do so.
