    M11xR1 1.73Ghz O'd 4GB RAM 500GB 7200RPM HDD nVidia 197.72 (Dell) O'd 585/1404/890 BIOS A05

When I was using M11xR1 BIOS A01 and nVidia 197.72(Dell) on my M11xR1 I was able to set the GPU memory clock to 910.

Now with BIOS A05 and nVidia 197.72(Dell) I can only get a 'stable' memory clock of 890.

The overall impact is a moot point as the 3DMark06 score can still obtain approx. 6990 and the system is not impacted in real world performance.

I was just wondering if all M11xR1 with BIOS A05 are now limited to a max memory clock of approx. 890 using the stock Dell 197.72 driver.

wPrime still reports the same speed at around 55.317 (always been around this speed on my M11xR1 on any BIOS)

I did roll back the nVidia driver to the original 188 version using BIOS A05, but GPU memory clocking still couldn't go beyond 890.

This is one for the bean counters as it doesn't appear to have a real world impact on the M11xR1 as these clock settings are not stable in gaming or general use anyway.

I wouldn't normally care less, but as you see I have obtained a 3DMark06 score of 6989... and this just got me going (like a frog in a sock) to get over 7000 3DMarks.

    Sad I know.

Anybody with an M11xR1 and running BIOS A05 able to get a 'stable' GPU memory clock over 900?
