Whenever i place my mouse (Razer Orochi) on right palm rest ( right hand side next to the trackpad) the screen goes blank!!

I suspect the mouse could be interfering with the SSD.

    Anybody with this problem??

Nope. It's not affecting your SSD.

It's the magnets in your orochi that triggers the screen auto screen shut down. For example, when you close your lid, the screen will shut down. This happens because the screen shut down is triggered by magnetic force(Most likely tiny magnets in the lid) Same principle when you place the orochi on your palmrest..

I remember seeing something about this before, except it was an external HDD that they sat on their palmrest. Tricky magnets. :p
