I recently restored my m11x to factory windows 7. Now though, I need to be plugged into my router to access the internet. I've updated drivers that I think needed to connect wireless and still can't. What is going on and how do I fix this? The only driver that won't install is the Wifi link 5100 driver. Help please :)

what wifi card is in it? if its intel 1000, mine keeps getting cranky if i do pretty much anything to default settings so i keep it at max power all the time... and somehow if i don't poke it at all, it so so works.

errrrrr... sooo which m11x you got? i assume its not an R3 if you want wifi link 5k driver, still...

anyways check it is ENABLED in BIOS and via the Fn+f3. if its no dice open up bottom panel and take it out and plug it back in. just in case :) Also while at it check the fine text on it to get the exact make/model.
