Hi just wondering what my CPU usage should b when at idle (nothing open or running) my runs anywhere between 30 to 100 percent and jumps up high to around 45 to 100 by just opening internet expoler iv done all the optimize things turned of alienfx and stuff, plus in system information it's says my CPU is a u7300 should it say su7300? As thats what i brought I can only play games on lowest setting like Starcraft 2 were I know people are playing it on high with the same laptop. Thanks

Have you uninstalled McAfee? Thats one terrible piece of software.

At idle CPU usage should be 0-5%.

Do you have BatteryBar installed? Whats your power drain? At idle it should be under 10k mW.

Indexing shouldn't be that bad once it's done the initial index.

Hi sorry not to sure what u mean, plus u think that in system info that it should say su7300 instead of u7300 mayb the CPU is not working correctly, u think norton is better then mcafee then?
