Having recently ordered the M11X-R2 and waiting for it to come, I wanted to go ahead and order an SSD drive to install in it.

I was thinking the OCZ Technology Vertex 2 Series 90 GB, but I wasn't sure if it should be 2.5 or 3.5 in size?

    Thanks for help in advance!

HOWEVER, heheh if you need a lot more onboard storage AND a substantial increase in speed, one of the seagate momentus hd's might be a better all round 'fit'. Real world use testing by many pros suggests they come very close to ssd 'real world' performance, at much less cost with far higher storage.
That has been my experience also.

I think you are right, I will need more than 90 GB. I think I will look into some of those other options as well, especially the Momentus. I have heard a lot about it.

    Thanks again everyone!
