Does anyone out there have a solution to he M11 R2 graphics issue.
Is there any way to update the M11 R2 (short of a new computer) to handle DirectX 11?

No. The 335M is definitely not capable of running DX11. The only solution would be to download (if there is one) a modified shader pack for whichever game you're wanting to play.

    Hello John Newman,
As Bendak states. There isn't a "Fix" to get an M11x R2 to run with DirectX - remember that the video card is part of the motherboard and will require a third party software (assuming there is one) to make it compatible.
    My apologies.

I have an M11xR1 which is in the same boat with a GT-335M and DirectX 10.1, BUT....
This may not be so bad if the game/Graphics doesn't need/require/use DX11 as I'm guessing(no real tests done) that an old card like the GT-335M will run better than a newer similar spec'd card with DX11 .
The reason I say this is I have a DX10.1 AGP Graphics card(PowerColor HD3850) in an old PC which runs Win8, Win7 and WinXP.
The same graphics benchmark(s) always perform better on the WinXP OS using DX9 than they do on Win7/Win8 which uses DX10.1
And this is on the same box/hardware, but just booting up a different OS. On this old AGP desktop PC, I game on WinXP. :)

If the game doesn't have it as one of it's minimum requirements you will be able to run it anyway on Dx10.
