M11x R2 Farmville?

So I know its not super extreme gaming. But I was wondering how do you guys think it'll run on the m11x r2 i7 4gb ram 250 7200rpm hdd.
I'll be getting my laptop in a few days or so hopefully I heard it was still cpu heavy unless the flash 10.1 finally kicked in effectively. I mostly play RTS but on the side I play farmville haha.

 

It will run absolutely terrible.

 

You need a much more powerful machine that the M11x for Farmville.

The M11x is great for games like WoW, Counterstrike, Left 4 Dead, Crysis, GTA4, Starcraft 2, and the like. But Farmville is a little too much for the M11x to keep up, unfortunately. I'm hoping that the next version of the M11x will have enough juice to keep up.

Lol... no, we were being silly and sarcastic. Farmville is a game that can run on just about any hardware, including something like a low-powered netbook. The Alienware M11x will run Farmville so easily, that we were joking to say that it wouldn't run it at all.

 

Bryci is running my Farmville very well.

 

My wife farmville's on her m11x. Besides other corny flash games. The problems with farmville usually stem from zynga's network issues or flash related items. If you have 200 animals on your farm, all outside then it has to load the little routines for each one. If you google farmville performance issues there are several videos that show you the difference between keeping animals in the barn vs animals outside.

In short, the m11x is fine to play farmville. The question I constantly ask my wife is "WITH ALL THE QUALITY GAMES AVAILABLE, WHY ON EARTH DO YOU WANT TO PLAY FARMVILLE?"...

HA, to be honest it really needs a dual facepalm.

I made software to bot FarmVille, screw having to click over 9000 squares 3 times a day.

Am I allowed to post it here? Or is that advertising?

haha play WoW or something. Save $1 a day and at the end of the month you'll have enough to pay for 2 months. In short, if you save $1 a day, you'll always have enough for WoW

 

The M11x can probably play farmville on integrated graphics. My 9 year old nieces netbook will play farmville You'll be good with the M11x, and may lead into some more demanding games.

 

lol ouch I do play other games btw haha CSS, SC2 and a bunch of other rts. But no the reason I asked is my other laptop had a t5800+ with intel gfx and that ran ultra slow. with the 10.1 update it was a bit better. Like the other guy said if ya have a large farm it gets quite bad on some computers.

Well on its face its kinda funny but there is another thread here of a online video that flat out KILLs the M11x unless the 335 is active. The intel refuses to play the video except___for____a____frame____now_______and________then

 

Lol. m11x can't really run Minecraft (browser based java game) unless you use the nvidia card.

My ti89 can play farmville

 

And I can bring a VM on my m11x to its knees in fps with Bloons Tower Defense 4 (I only let it use 1 core though. Part of my strategy though :wink: )

 

I play Restaurant City and it lags
I play @ Tetris - Play free Tetris games online at Tetris Friends and noticed some lag while pressing keyboard.... oh duh so strange!

 

Enough with the sarcasm guys, this person had a serious question and ther eis no point in mocking him. For those who have not tried farmville it actually is a pretty heavy game from a flash POV and does have severe lag issues.
