    Hi,

Anyone tried this on their m11x R2 ? Is this compatible with our R2?

Just bought 1 unit and installed on my m11x R2, it keeps on crashing on the windows start up screen. BSOD on windows 7, Techni-color screen of death on Windows 8, Error on Linux. Tried booting Memtest +86 and it keeps on crashing in the middle of test.

I returned the 1st unit that I bought on the following day, they gave me a new one. I tried to Installagain and its still giving the same issue. So I came up with a question, Is it compatible?

Tried every option in bios setting.

    Enlighten me please. Thank you.

Sorry mods if I Posted on the wrong section.

Edit: Forgot to mention, mine comes with 1 pc 8 gb RAM compare to the link I posted.

Thanks, but how can you say that its not compatible? can you be more specific. Is it because its 1600 Mhz? Im currently using a 1300 Mhz, if my R2 can't support 1600 Mhz it should use the highest compatible speed which is 1300 Mhz, right?

Say that because corsair doesnt list it as compatible.

or it could be due to you putting a single 8gb stick in, the computer usually does two 4gb sticks to get 8gb, maybe each slot cant handle more than 4gb.

    Exactly, the M11x R2 will support up to 2 x 4Gb 1333Mhz modules.
