Hey all im new here, obviously.
I recently just purchased a used R3 with an i7 2617 and the gt550. I also have a R1 with core 2 duo with the gt335. I guess my concern is primarily Skyrim, it runs upper medium and high settings and extremely smooth avg. 35ish fps on my R1, and on my R3 it runs low settings really crappy.

And before you say anything i have it whitelisted in my Nvidea preferences.
I'm kinda disapointed about it now, thats easily one of the main reasons i bought this computer; that and to stay up to date with current technology :).

Is there anything else i can do? i really hope that I didnt waste my money on this computer, oh and i have a used R1 for sale :)

let me guess, you whitelisted the launcher instead of the actual TESV.exe. you need to white list both exes.

had this issue as well, with my m17x, but I got lazy and just turned off the integrated card in the bios :p wish nvidia did a better job of making the discrete card recognize games. :(

I paid 880 for the computer off some dude I know. But thanks for telling me about the TESV.exe, I didnt realize that had to be whitelisted too.
