    Yep, you read that right. For those currently engaged in a massive download and install of the latest World of Warcraft patch 4.0.1, I just happened to be doing 3 lappies at the same time over a wireless connection. Side by side,and starting the process within seconds of each other...not only did the R1 kill the other two boxes, it wasn't even close. Boxes are a Gateway P6860FX; the aforementioned HP Envy 15; and the R1.

    Surprised the hell out of me.

    This. I added an Intel 5100 to my sister's m1210, and it devestates my m11x's Dell card. Even if she is sitting further away from the wifi base (I kinda drowned her existing wifi adaptor by accident...).

    There'd be a lot a variables when downloading via one connection to three different 802.11n? devices.

    Queing, buffering, packet size, I/O, configuration and etc.

    Never the less, I've not had any problems with my ye olde Dell M11xR1 802.11n (with latest drivers and BIOS).
