    Hello all.
Super noob when it comes to this stuff so i wanted to run a couple things by yall before i purchase or make any changes.

    1. I play a lot of world of Warcraft and i play it on an external monitor. Randomly Wow just freezes, and sometimes the entire computer just freezes. And all i can do is restart it. Also if i have a phone charger USB plugged in and try to turn my computer on it will stay in the alienware loading screen (kind of random). I was super hyped up when i got it but i am starting to get scared maybe i should call tech support and see if they have any ideas. Just the Freezing randomly is bugging me out.

    2. I have pretty much loaded the harddrive with a lot of movies and everything. I just purchased a 2T external Harddrive and im thinking about buying the Newegg.com - Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD).

Would this SSD fit into my laptop. Again i am very very new to the SSD so if i am supposed to buy anything extra or anything any help would be great.

    3. Finally whenever i hook up my computer to a 40 inch LCD i find that the resolution goes to a certain point and i find it difficult to maximize the entire screen to take full advantage of the LCD.

    4. ANd last thing. When i install the SSD i need a Cd drive to boot windows from i assume? If i install a clean Windows will i not have the alienware loading screen in the beginning?

Thank you so much in advance =]
    cheers
