Hey ya'll, my M11X went for a swim last night (thanks to my cat).
Luckily I bought the 4 year accidental service when I purchased it and still had coverage until September.
Do you think they will have a refurbished system to send me? Or replace it with something new, assuming it can't be fixed.
Guess I'm just curious what everyone's experience with the accidental warranty in the past has been. Should have a box for it tomorrow.

They may have a refurbished R3 to give you but I think you'll find it more likely they'll repair yours. Usually with liquid damage they'll only need to change the motherboard & maybe the keyboard as well. The other bits usually survive ok.

It depends on the damage done to the machine, we may be able to repair it but if it's beyond repair we'll look for something similar to yours.
