    M11X R1 keyboard issue

    Im am having this very strange issue with my m11x keyboard and i have found nothing on how to fix it anywere, i have try reinstalling command center and everything, nothing seems to work. The problem is that when I change my keyboard colour to the colours on the top part of the wheel like blue or purple, the keyboard will go red insterd, but when i hold ctrl down kind of hardish it will change to the right colour untill I releace presure on the ctrl. Can anyone help?

    1) Have you tried AlienFX-Lite?

    2) It sounds to me like you have something wrong with the wiring. I'm off on my lighting colors, but let's say that red LED plus blue LED equals purple light. So if there's something wrong with the wiring to your blue LEDs, you won't get them until you place enough pressure to complete the blue circuit. Or something like that.

    So if AlienFX-Lite works you know that it's a software problem.

    If AlienFX-Lite doesn't work you know you need to replace some hardware.

    No luck with AlienFX-Lite, must be a hardware problem, got any idears of what I need to do?

    call support and have them replace your lighting / keyboard.
