    M11X R1 hinge issue

    Sorry, if already discussed but I am not sure if my hinge problem is the same as in the hinge thread.

    Both hinges have play which means that they are loose for some degrees. Lets say 5 degrees.

    The display can be moved easily for this 5 degrees before the higher torque of the hinge mechanic comes into. The display isnt damaged in any way else.

    Is this well known for the R1? What do I have to mention when calling the support?
