I really just want to wipe everything clean and start over. The issue is I do not have Windows 7 disk since it came pre-installed I think, also do not have CD drive. Any ideas on how I go about formatting my laptop and re installing windows 7. Thank you!

Buy an external CD/DVD drive from Dell or w.e. You just plug it in via USB into the laptop. From my experience of formatting and reinstalling Windows on my M11x R2 it will have trouble finding the DVD when booting, so I would recommend you to copy the DVD to a USB device. Remember to edit your boot order in the BIOS and make sure the USB device is on top. If you want to try, put the CD/DVD ROM on top when the external device is plugged.

Regarding your missing Windows 7 DVD I can't help you, you could just buy a new copy or maybe borrow one? When I received my laptop it included the DVD.

Isn't your restore partition still there? Use Alienrespawn to restore it to factory settings?

If you have uninstalled it, press F12 on POST for boot options, if it's still there it should be listed.

Press F8 at boot and choose to restore factory image.
