    Lights dont turn on

    Hi, today ,y lights just turn off and ai cant turn it on, i press FN+Alien FX key lights turn on jus like 5 seconds and then turn off again by itself i restarted the computer and when the computer restarts the lights are off the whole process when alien fx software starts it turn on the lights a few seconds and then it turns off. Someone have some suggestion or knows what can make this or how can i fix it please, i dont installed anything recently.

    Check to see if Alien Fx isn't in Dark mode. Right click on the alienhead icon on your toolbar and check whether it's activated and if so, untick "go dark".

    Thanks, i checked the go dark function but it is not activated, i already call Dell and they will change my motherboard, but now my question is what more can go wrong with this lap? I already change the lcd panel (hinge problem) baterry, and ac adaptor, now the motherboard.... then what?
