This is probably my first time playing Left4Dead 2 with the 260.99 driver and the game is randomly cutting out. Otherwise the computer is running perfectly Any ideas? I will switch back down to one of the modded drivers later to test but I am short on time right now. I have an R2, i5, FSB is 160.
    Thanks

Maybe FSB at 160 is too high. Have you done any long term stability testing?

Many users are limited to the low 150 range.

I haven't done any testing with it but 158 was stable. Now when I start up the computer I do not see the Windows 7 splash screen.

I went back down the the stock clock. Shutdown time is now 17 secs and startup to desktop visual is 80 secs. I forgot that a long time ago I disabled the flash screen, DOH! Virus scan en route...

I used to have a similar problem, with the same game, I solved it by doing a left click in the game, then properties, then local files, then verify integrity of game cache...
