I was wondering is it just my R2 or is everyone's not fully lit? For example, my spacebar has black lines or gaps in it. Also some keys near the edge are not very bright. Is this normal? Would it be something worth returning for?

Super normal, it's LEDs, certain spots closer to the diodes will be brighter than others.

Yeah, replacing the keyboard won't change this...
