    Issues with my M11x R1...

    Apologies if this was discussed here before but I have few issues which I wonder if others have experienced:

    Issue 1 - When unplugged, after using my M11x for a while it would just shut down. the battery seems to be charged (not full but enough to keep it going) and it would just die as if I'd pressed the power button for a few seconds. this would happen for no apparent reasons

    Issue 2- There is a gap on the screen frame (the two plastics from left and right) between the actual screen and the frame, it didn't bother me at first but now there are few dirt spots from within the screen which I cannot clean...

    I tried the support chat but Dell won't take it anymore for Alienware customers, the phone number they have for Alienware customer service is invalid...

    Did any had the same problems? what's the best way to contact Alienware support?
