For $100, I was thinking of getting the 520 for my M11X R1....I don't need a big drive but faster would be nice....any reason I shouldn't do this? :)

nope, im a huge proponent of SSD's, i love my samsung one. The only problem is you really dont realize how fast they fill up, i only have 4 games on mine and im close to completely full. Intel is a reliable brand too, and thats what you look for in solid state drives. if you are getting a 6Gb/s one though, you should know the r1 and r2 only have 3Gb/s sata controllers. They will still work great but data will only transfer up to 3Gb/s. (Though I promise you will never notice the difference)

Thanks for the info....that's what I was hoping to hear. I'm not a gamer, so I am OK sizewise. I keep most of my data on my network. I just wanted to make sure that there was not some huge incompatibility issue. It will be a fun project. :)
