just haven't posted in a while and just wanted to publicly express my gratefulness. i love this lil R1! has been so good to me, does everything i need and last quite a few 1+hr surfing sessions with out "needing" charged up.

i hope they continue the M11x line fore many years to come. :)

Agree'ed, I love mine, but I have been using my new x51 alot more .

Once my new couches finally come in im sure I will be on the m11x alot more.

I just installed a new heatsink and fan, along with some nice silver paste. She runs great still after 2 years.

Warranty is up in 2 months, not sure if I am going to be extending, or just repairing my self. Would be nice to pin mod it though.

Ejohnson! Hey idk if you have seen but you might wanna check your old m11x tablet thread, someone may have a solution to not being able to find a good touchscreen. ( if you are still interested of course)

Yeah I saw that. I ended up parting out most of the tablet though to fix my wifes m11x :( I still have a few of the custom parts, but most of it is now gone.

I hear ya on that one!

I did get an M17x R3 after having my M11x for about a year. Part of me appreciates the extra power of the bigger M17x.

However, there are times when the ultraportability of the smaller M11x shines through! Like when just sitting on a couch or lying down in bed and need to use a laptop. That M17x is considerably a lot more weight to have on you when you're just trying to relax! hehe Not to mention that the battery life of the M17x leaves you tethered to the power supply most of the time. :(

If they release an M11x R4, I may just dump the M17x R3 and go for the M11x R4 just for the size advantage.
