    How do I get the webcam to work, drivers or is there an application I have to download somewhere?

    It should work out of the box. What program are you trying to use it with?

    Or instead of "it doesn't work" do you really mean want to try it? The M11x comes with Youcam for that purpose.

    As in get it to work as an input device so I can capture stuff into paint and what not

    your m11x should have came with the CyberLink YouCam program. Boots to desktop out of the box. it has capture, snapshot, video capture options which you can import to paint or photoshop if you need.
