How much does dell charge to replace a screen due to a broken hinge AFTER the warranty expires??

I thought about it and decided this laptop is NOT worth it if the hinge breaks...

Especially considering that i only bought 1 year accidental warranty...

I DO NOT wanna have to open it up and fix it with superglue....

Also, no hardware tessellation blows considering its almost 2011....

I wouldn't be suprised if it's upwards of 400 or more.

    ..

Screw it, I'm returning this POS...

2 replacement screens (still makes noises, vertical lines), keyboard broken by tech (still not fixed), faulty FX lights, overclocks like crap.....

Good thing I picked 0% for 6 months instead of paying up front, if they try charging me restocking or anything, I'm telling my bank to stop all payment...

    I was quoted $520 for the 1080p M15x screen so I'd say ~350 for a M11x screen

Then I think it's cheaper to buy the warranty

Yes, but his warranty probably expired when it needed the repairs. You can't buy extended warranty after your warranty expiration unless you have some dumb luck with Dell sales.
