My computer suddenly froze, except it's not a BSOD with the crash text and all that. It is like a blank light blue screen, and the fan is running very loud. Problem is that I can't shut it down by pressing the power, and cntrl+alt+delete is not working either. Not sure if taking out the battery is a great idea, but I couldn't do it anyways because I don't have the screwdriver with me. Anyone have any suggestions?

edit: extra info: it's not OC'd and i was watching a video when it crashed, not playing a game.

Blank light blue screen? Which version of the M11X do you have? Was you're M11X extremely hot? If so, then you have your problem. taking out the battery, has a 10% chance of making your M11X work again. And LOL, why would Ctrl+Alt+Del work if you can't shut down the computer by the power button? 100% its a motherboard problem. Or the little wire thing is detached from your power button. Call Dell. I had the same problem as you. Got it fixed my self.
