    I have a simple question:

How do I get the AlienFX and Command center function shortcut keys working.

All the other keys like volume, brightness, media buttons ect work (but the little picture that pops up doesn't come up)

I've installed all the software from the resource CD and it still doesn't work :\

Try installing the osd software and the alien fx software from the dell drivers page, I had the same problem but that seemed to work :)

Oh hey I'm in brisbane too!

You don't mention which M11 you have, but make sure you have the latest BIOS and then install the Alienware Command Center and OSD versions that are on support.dell.com. They are newer than what is on your resource CD.
