I've been using BatteryCare and I noticed that It wants me to perform a "Full Discharge" on my battery.

Well I've followed it's instructions on how to do so, and nothing is happening. Like the "Discharge Cycles Progress" bar does not reset.

Am I doing it wrong? If so how do I do it?

Also, is it safe to Full Discharge? I've been reading some articles about it which states that it is unsafe to some types of batteries.

Don't think that you should follow instructions of this app. I'm just using it for autochange of power profiles.

Lithium-Ion batteries do not need to be fully discharged, you may actually shorten your battery life or even damage it by doing so.
