I'm considering to buy the game, I heard it has some nasty problems with Windows 7, I'm pretty sure that any M11X could pull this game off easy as, but I also heard that its the hardware that matters. So would this game run on Windows 7/M11X R1? I would like a straight out answer like "Yes, (Enter pros and cons here)." Is the FPS steady? I would like someone who has this game and has played it on their M11X R1. Thanks guys :p

EDIT: The game also doesn't support WIN7 which is why I'm asking. But I still think it should run, just double checking on these forums.

Thanks for replying! But I still need an answer from someone who has a SU7300 CPU. Also I have WIN7 Professional. But your post proves that FFOW might run on my M11X R1. ;)

When I run it on my R1 it stutters a lot. There have been complaints about lots of computer that can run it perfectly but for some reason it stutters - and for being an older game I do not see any patches being released any time soon.

Weird thing is, I recently posted a video of it to my youtube channel and when fraps runs with it there is no stuttering and it stays at a constant 35fps. But when I take fraps off it jumps to 60fps (screen refresh) and stutters between that and 15fps every few seconds. its strange.

This game just never got the after release attention it deserved.
