I'll start off by saying I'm not technologically minded. I tried doing a clean install of Windows 7 and it didn't give me the option of wiping the hard drive, I've still got the recovery partition, several files from my previous Windows and the screen resolution only goes up to 1024x768 instead of 1366x768.

    Can anyone help me out?
