Since I've upgraded to the Seagate Momentus XT on my M11x, my computer seems to suddenly shut down after I carry it around, and apply a little bit of pressure to it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I carried my laptop around when it is powered on without problems. I have it in sleep mode inside my backpack and I walk around no problem.

I had the same problem and I isolated the problem to be the bottom cover of the laptop. I took it out and saw the piece was not perfectly straight. This probably gives the parts inside a bit more room to move around. Might have happened to you when you changed the hard drive.

Push the bottom cover in a bit harder than usual, then screw the nails on tighter. If that doesn't work, call AW to send you a new bottom cover or a battery.
