    Forsaken World and Optimus?

    I tried and tried and cannot get Optimus to work with this game: Forsaken World. It will only run the integrated graphics. I set whitelist in Nvidia Control Panel and even trying to right click and selecting the GPU (it won't even run when I do this).

    The file that I am whitelisting is:

    C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Forsaken World\update\game.exe

    this is the exe file that is used to run the game. I even whitelisted:

    C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Forsaken World\patcher.exe

    I am using drivers 267.24 beta. It's been flawless with WoW and SC2!

    tried, still same problem..

    Also, can you see what's wrong in this picture?

    1. The CPU is not being recognized as overclocked to 1.3Ghz (2.3Ghz Turboboost)
    2. It's not detecting ram? 0MB?
    3. It's not detecting the correct memory size on the discrete graphics card, and Nvidia Panel does NOT have the discrete graphics running when the game.exe is on.

    The game shouldn't even really recognize an Overclock. Games usually look at the bare hardware setup which is why sometimes games dont pick up GPUs that use Optimus (R2 for example).... Is this something you could similarly describe your problem as? Why does perfect world hates ATI so much? - Forsaken World Forum

    Because other than that I can't think of what the problem is since the game clearly says GeForce 335M GT. What framerates are you getting? And the by the way the 257.30 drivers do not have the tray notification icon so I am not sure if you rolled back to the correct Dell drivers: http://support.dell.com/support/dow...bIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False

    And turn off Vsync!!!!
