Everytime I shut my m11xr2 down it says there is a program running and asks me do I want to cancel the shutdown or force shutdown closing the application and losing unsaved data.

Is anyone else having this problem, and if so how do I fix it?

I have that problem, but it goes away in 2 seconds and proceeds to shut down.

Yeah same here, usually a web browser or photo edit program. Some don't want to shut down right away or are trying to save data/cache, but will exit if you wait a few min. Not a big deal unless a certain one takes a really long time or just hangs.
