    Fn F8 And F9 Not working

    Both my Fn F8/9 dont work i can only adjust the volume by clicking on the speaker icon, its werid because FN f7 (Mute) still works but not the volume control. I had downloaded the OSD a while ago were it actually showered the volume indicator in the middle of your screen when you adjusted it and was loving it. Now all of a sudden it doesnt work. Anyone know whats up or what I might have done? thanks


    Edit: and now the function +alienfx key wont work either

    Make sure you are on the current BIOS. Try a reinstall of OSD. If that fails,

    Remove the bottom panel of the laptop (be careful with the screws, they can strip easily).

    Disconnect the battery.

    Depress and hold the power button for a 20 count.

    Re-connect the battery.

    Replace the bottom panel.

    Boot the system.
