    So as a new Alienware owner, I started to explore AlienFX which lead to some fun color stuff and then I noticed the two lights in the front speakers do not always match in color when I go to the lighter options.

    I also noticed that when compared to my wife's nebula m11x, my keyboard in the 2-3-4-w-e-r-s-d-f are was slightly raised or "pushing up".

    The tech had me send pictures of both to him via my phone when while we were talking and he set up a tech to come to my home and replace the lamp and the keyboard... I was suprised and the at home service will be great.

    Thumbs up AW. Dell could learn a thing or two in their core line.
