Hey been having this problem for awhile, fan stuck at 100%. Laptop is not overheating or on bad surface have checked temps 100 times over. Only fix is to change the bios, fan will act normal for about a week then go back to stuck on. Anyways im sick of this computer is super loud and killing the battery always on. Have a question so I can test a few more things before I send this back. When you are using speed fan or whatever program you use, can you see your fan and the RPM its spinning at? Can you adjust it?

    Thanks,
    -Mike

44 views and no one knows if they can adjust their M11x fan with speedfan/hw monitor?

Sorry man, I've never tried to manually control the fan, its always just worked for me.

That is a weird sounding problem though, I don't think I've heard of any other M11x's on here acting like that.

What BIOS are you on and what Rev M11x do you have?
