I reinstalled windows 7 today and after trying both of the drivers listed at dell for wireless cards, neither of them have worked and I still cant connect to wireless networks. My card is an unrecongized device in device manager. Is there anyone who could help me with this please. I have a m11x r1.

Edit: And now after installing the drivers for my video card from the dell website the highest resolution I can set my screen to is 1024 x 768. It says that Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) for the graphics card.

It should be the Dell 1520 MiniCard. I would do a manual install since it installs extra crap you don't need.

I had this problem, double click as if your going to install it, and it will vanish once extracted, then go to your c:drive drivers and have a look for the matching number RXXX something, go into that folder and double click the set up, the install should carry on as normal then, not sure why it does that but works perfect that way, sorry i haven't given the exact directory i'm to lazy to open up my m11x
