disable stuff you don't need too like WWAN and/or bluetooth....saves on having to install drivers for those.

Heres what a dell service support rep told me when i had to reinstall windows:

    1. Chipset

    2. Application - OSD

    <<< reboot the computer >>>

    3. Than all the other drivers with the exception of these last three (3) that need to be installed in this order:

FYI (wifi card is the DW1520)

    4. Confirm in the Device Manager that the Intel Chipset Graphics is installed. If so, go to step 5. If not, reboot the computer again to confirm installation.

    <<< reboot the computer >>>

    5. Video – Nvidia

    <<< reboot the computer >>>

    6. Application – Command Center

edit: a lot of the drivers that you download from the dell website come with unnecessary program to go along with programs. For example, they wifi card's drivers come with intel wifi program which is completely useless..so just go to device manager, install drivers from file..etc etc and find where you downloaded and extracted the drivers. As for the graphics drivers, just use the latest ones with the optimus technology, 260.99? For the webcam..again do what i mentioned earlier, im not entirely sure how i did it, cause i forgot, but i think i installed it anyways then just the FA fusion service or w/e its called so it never bothers me, and the webcam works fine.
