So, I'm planning on doing a clean install of Windows 7 and I have downloaded every driver from Dell, and I mean every single one of them and backed up on a CD. Now, the problem I'm standing ifnront of is in which order they should be installed.

The order really does not matter. However i belive you are suposed to install the intel video drivers before the nvidia ones. Follow these steps for installing video driver:
Download and install the latest intel HD graphics driver(from intels website for the latest)
Find out what the latest mobile nvidia driver that support optimus is. I am using 266.58 myself but i installed it awhile ago so it may not be the latest.
Download and install the nvidia driver from laptopvideo2go.com. I have found the drivers directly from nvidia often claim they are not compatible and do not install. If they still say they are not compatible you may need to download a modified .inf file from them and replace the file in the driver.
You can also just download those 2 things from dell and not have to worry about the extra steps but you will get a much older driver. -

The order can matter.
See this thread - I created this as a general reference. This order should be just fine. Of course you can do whatever you want... everyone has a install order which works best for them.

Regarding the Intel drivers? Do you think the Intel Driver Update Utility will tell me what drivers I should download? Or will the Dell drivers do everything, do I need to download from Intel also?
Thanks
Driver Install Order
