Has anyone ever used Nvidia Inspector?

It has overclocking options for all 3 profiles (2D, 3D, and the other one i forgot what it is called)

Is it safe to underclock the profile with clocks (135, 135, 270) so as to save more power? i havent tried it as i dont know the negative effects with underclocking and i dont know how far i can go.

using discrete mode 3-4 hours and sometimes 5 hours under normal browsing, i wanna try lowering the clocks further.

    So anyone tried this already?
