Last month, my R2 went to the Dell depot to get it fixed and they changed the RAM. I had 4GB before (2 x 2GB) but now they gave me 6GB (1x 4GB and 1X2GB). I ran cpu-z and noticed that the max bandwidth is 667 MHz. I thought the m11x runs on 800 MHz. I took a screenshot of it if it helps.

If it shows 667, it's running at 1333Mhz

If it shows 800, it's running at 1600Mhz

DDR stands for Double Data Rate if I'm not wrong.

Your RAM is perfectly fine. The max speed the M11x is at 1333Mhz, so take the 667 x 2= the 1333Mhz.

    This.
Kind of, but not really. I don't think "channel" is the right terminology for it, but tbh at this moment i can't think of what is.

It shows the regular data rate. DDR operates at two ticks per cycle, thus 667mhz * 2. The R1 and R2 used DDR2 @ 800mhz (appears as 400mhz), maybe that's what the OP was thinking.
