As far as I am aware, this is the full release version. I am a freelance journalist as you will see in my other videos, and write for PC Pilot, Salon.com, and CNET among others. Happy to post up links as well if you wish.

Edit: Im also uploading a series of playthrough videos I did - in those you can clearly see my Steam account in at least one (as I got lazy and didn't edit out the pop up)

Thanks dude. As I said, got a whole series planned for this one - such a HUGE release. Also as soon as the R3 arrives here I'll see about getting the game installed and re-videoed.

on normal (didnt tweak with the settings) it gets like 24-30FPS (stock CPU)

on the 1.9ghz overclock and my GPU overclock i get 30+ fps.

Probably better if you don't mind low settings (for those intense firefights that I am sure will ensue)

yes if you lower your settings im sure you will get better frames. I'll stick with my 1.9ghz overclock though, feels smoother overall, less FPS dips.
but tbh I play this game on my desktop, only when I have to I play on my m11x. (max settings vs normal on m11x)

I just bought deus ex HR today on my m11x r1 and it runs just fine on the default settings. I did oc the cpu with the bios setting. Also I've never installed a new driver since I got my machine (april 2010), so don't worry about than either. Maybe there were a few moments of stuttering, but only at random moments. Gunfire etc was no problem. Hope this helps.

On the R2 (I5), all settings maxed it plays great at 1366 x 768. When I put it on the desktop monitor at 1600x1050 I just need to turn of SSAO off and very playable performance.
